Wow, that was so poetically profound. The artist and the scientist find equal refuge in your soul.

"Maybe you decide to birth a baby planet or two and build your own little solar system." So beautiful, I'm saving that quote

Ice, ice, baby

This is the second time you gave me earworms!

What is the stuckness showing you?

You’re welcome 😉

Showing me? Time for a change, perhaps

I find that trying to move towards change, as a response to being stuck, keeps you stuck.

What is it that the stuckness is forcing you to look at? What are you resisting? What are you sinking your energy into avoiding? Perhaps the way to a phase shift is to sink into that frozen sea around the glacier. What microcosm is alive underneath it?

I really like this analogy between the phases of matter and woes of life. Stuck like ice, flow like water, fly like steam; really quite inspiring. I do feel like I'm going through several phase changes in life at the moment.

As you allude to here, phase change is just a part of life. Some days, like steam, you'll have an incredible amount of creative energy and drive to be productive and get things done. Some days, like water, you'll steadily get through the day. Some days, like ice, you'll just feel stuck. It's okay to feel stuck sometimes; you'll appreciate your steamy days more.

Nice work, Gunnar!
